"Getting Back on Track"
As you can tell, I've been a customer for quite a while. A lot of this stems from the time difference and the slow responses I got from my previous counselors and agents. Lately, I faced some health issues that set me back. I followed the advice of one agent, only to find out I had messed up. Nelly stepped in, eased the tension, and broke things down in a relatable way. She basically told me to have faith in her and to finish a set of tasks. I've tackled nearly everything and feel more optimistic about what’s next.
